Terms and Conditions for Tickets Booked via our Events Booking System - Updated March 2024

Please be advised that these terms pertain exclusively to the Events section of the Talent Talks website. For comprehensive terms and conditions concerning all other matters related to Talent Talks, kindly refer to the main website's Terms and Conditions.

1. Agreement: By booking a photoshoot with Talent Talks Limited, you enter into a binding agreement governed by the following terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payment: To secure your desired photoshoot date and time, full upfront payment is required at the time of booking. Payment can be conveniently made via Stripe, our trusted payment platform. Should you prefer alternative payment methods such as bank transfer or offsetting payment against earnings from a TT shoot, kindly reach out to us at castings@talenttalks.co.uk.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling: We kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled photoshoot date. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of your fee.

4. Location and Time: The photoshoot will proceed as scheduled at the agreed-upon location and time. Any changes to these details must be mutually agreed upon and communicated in advance.

5. Image Delivery: Within three weeks following the photoshoot, our designated photographer will provide you with a selection of unedited, high-resolution images. These images will be accessible via an online portal, initially watermarked, from which you may choose up to 10 images for download. Alternatively, you may opt to purchase the entire collection at this stage, with the option for immediate access to all images.

6. Usage Rights: While Talent Talks Limited retains copyright ownership of all images, clients are granted personal, non-commercial usage rights. Any commercial usage rights can be negotiated separately.

7. Model Release: Participation in the photoshoot grants our designated photographer and Talent Talks Limited permission to utilise your likeness for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the photographer's website, social media, and portfolio.

8. Client Cooperation: Clients are responsible for providing any necessary props, outfits, or accessories for the photoshoot. Additionally, any time required for outfit changes or alterations to your appearance is your responsibility.

9. Retouching: Basic retouching will be applied to all delivered images to enhance colour, exposure, and overall quality. Should you desire additional retouching services, these may be subject to an additional fee.

10. Liability: Talent Talks Limited bears no liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the photoshoot. Clients are expected to prioritise their safety and that of any accompanying individuals.

11. Refunds: Given the bespoke nature of photography services, refunds are not available once the photoshoot has been completed, and images have been delivered.

12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

By booking a photoshoot with Talent Talks Limited, you confirm that you have thoroughly read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
